I would definitely recommend Carlos Wall and the Gordon Law Firm if you have to go to the Fairfax Traffic court. I was pulled over in November of 2015 for driving 65 m/h in a 45 m/h zone. The cop who pulled me over told me that she was going to charge me for only speeding (not for reckless driving). ...She told me that I would not need a lawyer and I’d better off just to pay the fine. I was not sure if this was a good idea because I still would get 6 points. Based on the reviews of the local lawyers available at the Avvo.com, I contacted Carlos Wall from the Gordon Law Firm. I discussed my situation with Carlos Wall, who was honest with and told me that I didn't need to retain a lawyer for the traffic ticket I was issued. He instructed me on how I should explain my situation to the judge. I told me him that I would feel more comfortable if a lawyer would represent me in the court. Thank to Carlos the Fairfax County General District Court amended the charge of speeding – 65/45, a 6 point infraction, to failure to pay full time and attention, a 0 point infraction, and imposed a $75.00 fine!

If you have ever been pulled over for a DUI/DWI do yourself a favor and at least get a consultation from the Gordon Law Firm. I was pulled over in Feb for blowing almost double the legal limit and I had hit my car into a barrier. I honestly thought I had zero chance of ever even getting a reduced sus...pension. I don't want to get into too much detail here, but Carlos was strategic and crafty in getting the responses he needed from the cop who had pulled me over and limiting the sort of questions the prosecutor could ask. Once the judge heard Carlos' argument he had no choice but to dismiss the case and I sat there for a few moments in shock when I heard the verdict. Carlos has mastered the law and I have never witnessed such a fantastic rebuttal to a DUI charge that before this I believed had no chance of being dismissed. Carlos won't guarantee you anything and it may be tough to get constant updates on your case, but from my experience and outcome I can guarantee that he will take your case seriously. Never get behind the wheel of a car after you have been drinking, but if you find yourself in a situation where you need a DUI lawyer please go and hire the Gordon Law Firm. Hat’s off to Carlos Wall he saved my…life. The advice given today was honest and reassuring. Today had to be one of the worst days of my life. On my way to work I hit a pot hole that ruined my tires and rims. After spending the entire morning getting that resolved and a few hundred dollars later ...($625.00), I was finally on my way back to work. While driving back to work I was being paced by an unmarked black mustang, Virginia’s Finest, pulls me over and gives me a traffic ticket. Fortunately for me I called Carlos Wall. I got into trouble in Virginia during my 6 months stay there and was charged with DUI. I was very stressed and had no clue what to do. I decided to get a help from a lawyer and happened to call one.
