Patrick went above and beyond for me. This was my first time dealing with any legal proceedings and Pat helped in every step of the process. Pat helped to have us win our case in a not-guilty plea for DUI. We were offered a plea deal and other options, but Pat believed he could win based on the evide...nce to get a lesser sentence or win outright and he was right. In the process he was supportive and understood that I was regretful for even being in this position and provided me ample pieces of info to support our cause. A couple of years ago I got a DUI from the Baltimore Transit Police. I had no idea what to do or who to contact. My mailbox was flooded with "hire me" but I decided to do my own research and find a lawyer that I trusted to handle my case. This was my first and only DUI and I was so nervous. We would not stand for a guilty sentence (this was my first offense, blew a 0.12, went to alcohol classes, and to this day go to AA) Pat continued to work with me and fight for me and I was granted a PBJ and 1 year supervised probabtion. Recently I referred a relative to Pat Maher, this was her second DUI and she was so afraid of jail time. he counseled her so well on what to do and when in court, her weekend rehab stay counted as time served to the judge and she was given NO jail time. Amazing service from a very understanding and trustworthy person. I could not have asked for a better lawyer.

My case was nothing short of circumstances and craziness. I had been traveling all day and had a drink in the airport early in the day. I finally returned home and had to pick up my car. I was pulled over for alleged swerving when I actually was not paying attention to the rode because I was trying t...o other things. It was the dead of winter and I was arrested for DUI near 295/695 by the state trooper. I was in shock. Luckily for me the interaction was recorded and I blew less than 0.07.
