Biography
I have been a trial attorney and general practitioner for over 30 years in the Baltimore area and throughout Maryland, including the Eastern Shore and Southern and Western Maryland. Much of my practice includes writing wills, powers of attorney, medical advance directives, and the estate probate process. I have extensive experience trying cases in the District and Circuit Courts, as well as the Orphans' (probate) Court. I handle eminent domain (condemnation) cases for both local governments and for property owners. If necessary and where possible, I can meet with my clients at their home, business, or nursing home. My fees are structured by the type and complexity of the individual case - I am always happy to discuss that up front during the free consultation.
