Oleg Gherasimov brings more than a decade of experience helping immigrants pursue their U.S. immigration goals. Licensed since 2013 and a member in good standing of the District of Columbia Bar, Oleg represents individuals, families, and businesses in employment-based immigration (including PERM labor certification, EB-2, and EB-3), family-based petitions, E-2 treaty investor visas, inadmissibility waivers, and naturalization. Because immigration is governed by federal law, he assists clients throughout the United States, in both English and Spanish.
