Michael C Maloney

Specializing in personal injury law, Maloney’s main focus is in automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall cases and other personal injury matters. Maloney’s office is located in the heart of downtown Cambridge, a short distance away from his home which he shares with his wife Jane.

As past president of the Dorchester County Bar Association, Maloney has received numerous awards from the community, including his work as the Founder of the Dorchester County Drug Task Force; and his development of an ongoing intern program for Dorchester County High School seniors within the Dorchester County State’s Attorney’s Office. In 1989, he was appointed by Governor Glendening to be a member of the Governor’s Committee for the Maryland Hand Gun Roster. An ordained minister, Maloney is also a longstanding member of the American Legion, VFW, Moose Lodges, and the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce.

Maloney and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters and five grandchildren. A former all-American basketball player, football player, and an ex-professional baseball player, Maloney is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending local sports events.
