Oleg Gherasimov brings more than a decade of experience helping immigrants pursue their U.S. immigration goals. He is not only a trained immigration attorney but also an immigrant himself — someone who has personally lived the frustrations and triumphs of the U.S. immigration system and understands what his clients are going through.
Licensed since 2013 and a member in good standing of the District of Columbia Bar, Oleg represents individuals, families, and businesses in employment-based immigration (including PERM labor certification, EB-2, and EB-3), family-based petitions, E-2 treaty investor visas, inadmissibility waivers, and naturalization. Because immigration is governed by federal law, he assists clients throughout the United States, in both English and Spanish.
Oleg sees the bigger picture — how each decision affects his clients and their families, both here in the U.S. and in their home countries. He takes the time to understand each person's story and to develop a strategy tailored to their unique situation, guiding them clearly through a process that is often confusing and stressful. Good job

Broke a leg, call Oleg
I was hit by a car while crossing the street and suffered serious injuries (including a fractured leg). The car that hit me that ran away from the scene of the accident.
