Well versed

He was able to process my paperwork in a timely fashion no question I had was unanswered for long and all Thur the process I was not uncomfortable.

Best Decision for Bankruptcy

From the initial consultation with Mr. Ruben I knew his firm was the best choice for my bankruptcy case. His competent staff was always available to answer questions and every step is explained clearly. I was treated with dignity during what was a very emotional time. Excellent attorney.

Mr. Ruben was hired by me for a DUI case. After a free consultation where he took the time to listen to my case carefully, he told me exactly what he thought about the case and what he believed the possible outcomes could be. After shopping around, I realized that no one took as much time and interes...t through a FREE consultation as Mr. Ruben did. Communication was clear and constant throughout the process, Mr. Ruben would call or text me back instantaneously no matter the time or day to respond to my inquiries. In terms of results! I understand that every case is different, but this was my second DUI charge within a 5 year span. Although my first ended with a PBJ, the fact that the record was still there greatly worried me. My case was thrown out of court, and Mr. Ruben had told me that he was expecting that outcome from the get go. Mr. Ruben was also present for my MVA hearing where his knowledge of the flaws in my case resulted in me avoiding suspension and getting my license back. If you're looking for a fair attorney who doesn't beat around the bush, David Ruben is your guy.

A+++ Divorce attorney

Very competent and quick to resolve divorce matters. I retained David several years back and he was able to get the ball rolling with my divorce. David was always available when I needed to speak to him and made this unpleasant process as pleasant as can be. He is very caring and gets the job done.

Modification of Divorce Decree

David was understanding. He fought for me tooth and nail. But, when a judge has made up his mind before the trial even started, there is no turning back. The way the decree was set up, we shouldnt have lost. We should have been in and out. When it comes to a judge, its 50/50. They understand or they ...dont. David tried his best to get the judge to understand my case. You see, the opposing party had already agreed to the terms. They werent just ordered, he agreed. In the end I still believe he was a very superior Attorney. Even though I lost, Id still recommend him because regardless of a judges choice he still represented my case to the fullest. :)
