Excellent Attorney

Dave is an excellent Attorney. He is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of my divorce. He also allowed me time to heal from this tragic time in my life. He was very understanding and patient. There were times when I didn't think I could get through this but Dave was there... with his kind words and his generosity. Thanks to Dave, I was able to get everything I wanted from my divorce and more.

Excellent Lawyer

Dave was my lawyer in a modification of child custody and visitation case. From the moment I spoke to him, I felt that I was in good hands. He sprang to action on short notice for an initial hearing and continued to be responsive and communicative throughout the entire journey. His grace and integrit...y are unparalleled. He helped me maintain perspective, answered all my questions, and informed me of all realistic possibilities. He’s steady, patient and calm – but also, strong and fierce in an understated way. Thanks to Dave, my children know that I will always stand up for them and that they can have faith in the justice system. I highly recommend Dave to anyone dealing with a child custody case and I would hire him again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises again.

Divorce

Dave was hired after I was forced to fire my previous attorney. Dave kept me informed, was realistic regarding the outcomes, and was an absolute professional. I wish I would have hired Dave to begin with. I am so very grateful for everything.

Fantastic Lawyer

David Martino has been my family court lawyer from the initiation of my consent order to its conclusion. He is smart, logical, professional, fair, and determined. I was completely satisfied with his work and he was always responsive. In short, I recommend him. He can handle the most difficult cas...es and opponents. I was lucky to have him as my lawyer.

Highly Recommend

I highly recommend Martino Law. Dave was responsive and patient with me, as I asked plenty of questions. He guided me through the entire process and made it as stress free as possible. His office staff was also polite and professional, and easy to communicate with.
