Would Not Refer or Use Again

I do not believe she is equipped to handle complex divorce issues or matters that may involve narcasstic qualities in one of the parties. As an attorney who used her, I brought up many valid facts that were not considered and am going back to mediation (7 months later) as a result of her not unde...rstanding or weighing the concerns to opposing party. She is likely fine for matters that are straight forward and don't require complex mediation. I personally would absolutely not recommend or ever refer her to anyone I know in good faith as another attorney in the legal profession.

Cynthia was clear and responsive from first contact and all through my divorce proceedings until completion . I liked Cynthia’s clear and concise approach and willingness to work through and understand each problem and difficulty that occurred .

I really like this lawyer.

Cindy was my lawyer as I pursued divorce through a collaborative process or mediation. I think this approach is far better than going through an angry, adversarial fight in court, which is also also a matter of public record (rather than confidential). If it is successful, an acceptable settlement... is negotiated by both spouses with the help of their collaborative lawyers, and usually at much lower legal cost and emotional expense. I found Cindy to be an excellent lawyer and a good person. I think she is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and smart. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing a divorce.
