Attorney Tracey N. Pate accepted my disability case after my initial consultation with her and after being denied for disability twice on my own. My total case from the time I first filed took three years including the hit from the pandemic. However, Tracey never gave up on me and kept encouraging me the entire period. The staff was very patient, understanding, sensitive to their clients and everyone was very informative and helpful. They never made you feel like you were a bother to them. Outstanding Lawyer

After applying for disability and being turned down twice, I retained the services of Tracy Pate. Ms. Pate and everyone in her office were very understanding and completely professional. I have a lot of medical conditions that I suffer from. Ms. Pate made the people at social security and disability see my conditions for what they really were. Professional lawyer and team!

I recently was approved for SSD after a long time of suffering and waiting, but I would not done it without the help of Ms. Pate, what a wonderful and experienced lawyer! The most professional and compassionate Disability Attorney

When I found Ms. Tracey Pate, I was already dealing with 2 denials for disability. I was frustrated and overwhelmed by the process. Tracey immediately took hold of the reins of my case.
