Highly recommend for LTD claim/appeal !
After my most recent spinal surgery in December 2018, I was unable to return to work full-time. My company provided Short- and Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits through an insurer. Based on their proximity and the user reviews I found, I contacted Andalman & Flynn (A&F) in February 2019, and subsequently chose to have them (Elliott Andalman, primarily) represent me and handle my claim for LTD benefits. My claim was denied in August 2019. Based on their recommendation, we chose to have them file an appeal with the insurer, which was done in January 2020. In April 2020, the insurer granted the appeal and provided LTD benefits retroactive to April 2019. Throughout the process/ordeal, A&F was responsive, supportive, professional, and thorough. Without these qualities, we would have never successfully persevered or prevailed. I highly recommend their services for anyone in a similar situation.

Mr. Andalman is knowledgeable, experienced, a good listener, non-judgmental, helpful, kind, patient, and easily reachable. Mr. Andalman took time to thoroughly explain the process, answer questions, and prepared all documents in a timely matter. I would highly recommend lawyer Elliott Andalman. "We Won!"
I reached out to Andalman and Flynn in the early part of 2016. This firm were the only firm that accepted my case on a contingency basis. This was music to my ears because I did not have any income due to the sudden separation of my agency. I was not prepared. Although hope had been restored, as I had my free consultation with Elliot. I was diagnosed with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. It was a long battle with OPM, but Elliot was persistent and he prevailed. He guided me every step of the way. "We Won!" is the news I heard on July 2, 2020!!! What a 4th of July Celebration!!! After nearly a five year extended journey, those are the words I heard on this day. Overwhelming emotions can not describe the feelings of HAPPINESS! Elliot heard my pain, my cries and felt my feelings of hopeless. Though he did not give up!! He was persistent and he prevailed. Elliot is professional, responsive, experience and highly knowledgeable. He stayed with me for almost five years through all bureaucracies of OPM (Office of Personnel Management). Elliot is an OUTSTANDING attorney and his law office is amazing. He and his paralegal Eric help me through it all. I truly felt a found a true and personal friend. "We Won!" A forever happy Client,

Kindness, integrity, and experience with SSA disability claims
Elliott Andalman is a kind and compassionate attorney with many years of experience with disability claims. His guidance, along with the detailed attention to my case by his talented paralegal, kept me on track and well-represented through the long process with SSA. They helped me gather records and ensured all deadlines were met. Their legal arguments and representation guided the judge at my hearing to all of the documents that were needed to ensure a fully positive decision. I am incredibly grateful.

Compassionate Legal Experts
I recommend Mr. Andalman for his expertise, professionalism and compassion during my FERS disability application process. The most fortunate thing that happened to me last year, in the midst of a series of unfortunate events, was that I found Mr. Andalmand and his assistant Bella. It has been a very emotional process for me. After my disability, I felt I not only was losing my health, but also losing my job, reputation and self-esteem. Bella was very understanding and patient when I was in tears during several phone calls. Mr. Andalman is a great listener. He was able to give me valuable advice at each consultation. “In the middle of the road of my life, I awoke in the dark wood where the true way was wholly lost”. This Dante quote accurately reflected my situation after my disability. Mr. Andalman and Bella held up a guiding light for me throughout this very confusing process. I recommend you choose Mr. Andalman’s firm for FERS disability application. They are not just legal experts; they are good people.

LTD & SSD
Elliott along with his staff doing amazing work. My initial meeting with Elliott left me excited but a little sad. He told me my cases will be time consuming and full of up hill battles. However he did say he would fight the best fight for me and he did. Plus he won both of my cases. Elliott is very knowledgeable in his field, very compassionate to you and your family. He listens diligently and responds in a timely manner. His fees are very competitive and well worth his time and effort.

FERS Disability Retirement from Utah
Elliott and his staff won my case! Thank you again for all your help with my case. Elliott and his staff were outstanding to work with during this trying time for me and my family. I have a number of physical issues that hit me all around the same time, as well as complications from one of my four surgeries I had within a four month period of time. I quickly exhausted all my sick and annual leave, leave donated to me, and also had been on three months of leave without pay. I was a U.S. Air Force program manager with a heavy workload. My team covered for me while I was out of the office and did a great job, but someone needed to be in my position doing the job on a daily basis. After learning that my primary care doctor, surgeon, and civilian doctor on base would support my disability claim, I did a search on-line, found, and contacted Andalman & Flynn. Elliott and his staff were very understanding and supportive through the entire process. It was a trying time for my family and me to include the financial strain of missing so much work without pay. My health issues and financial burden created a lot of stress for my family and me. Elliott and his team were always available to answer questions, and even just talk when I needed them. I never waited longer than 24 hours for an email response or a returned call. Elliott and his team let me know every step of the FERS disability retirement application process and gave me an approximate time-line of the process from beginning to end. My case took approximately 10 months from start to finish. Understanding all cases are different and that some are decided in a shorter time or longer. My case was about the average time it takes to complete. Again, Elliott and his team were all over my case and even though this was a stressful time with all my health issues, I was at peace knowing they were always there for my family and me. My wife and I both appreciate the outstanding service, empathy, and support Elliott and his team displayed toward my family and me during this process. I thank Elliott and his team again for all they have done for my family and me, and I highly recommend Andalman & Flynn to anyone looking for an outstanding and experienced firm in the field of disability law. Thank you Elliott!

Savior at Law
Hired Elliott for his legal experience with Federal Disability Retirement (FDR) claims, after researching OPM's application process. My initial consultation with Elliott and his paralegal Zubaidah exceeded expectations. The FDR process involves multi-agency forms, evaluations and approval. Intimidating, overwhelming and confusing. Elliott and Zubaidah put me at ease; they would manage every legal step of the FDR labyrinth. No smoke and mirrors. Never had a warm and fuzzy with the legal profession, but Elliott is human. Empathetic, yet no nonsense. Zubaidah communicated with me on every step of the process. Smart, knowledgable and supportive. My FDR claim was approved with the initial submission to OPM.

SSDI
Attorney Elliott Andalman won my SSDI claim. Elliott is very professional, experienced and extremely knowledgable in the SSDI arena. He will guide and help you get the needed medical, functional and vocational evidence you need to win. He is a compassionate and genuine person as well. I would highly recommend him should you become sick, injured and unable to work due to your medical conditions.

Stead presence
Andalman brought a steady and calm approach to resolve a complicated mutli-front matter. He worked effectively with me (the client) and added value from his special experience in disability, and I believe that by following his guidance we have better positioned my legal claims.

ELLIOTT ANDALMAN REVIEW
I came to Elliott Andalman for assistance with my Federal Disability Retirement and Social Security cases. I had tried to handle these at first on my own with no success and then hired another attorney who was a complete scam and lost my reconsideration (Harris Federal Law Firm based in Kentucky). We had pretty much given up at that point. We were emotionally and financially drained. Then my husband found Andalman & Flynn on the internet. That's when everything changed. We first talked with Mr. Andalman and his WONDERFUL assistant, Zubaidah Haamid, on the phone and the compassion and empathy from both of them were overwhelming. They gave us new hope and strength. They immediately took over my cases and handled everything. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly, thoroughly and with kindness and compassion. We also loved that Zubaidah not only would explain the current step, but also prepared us for the upcoming steps. Elliott and Zubaidah won both of my cases. They made a very difficult process seem simple and never made us feel like a burden. We would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this law firm.

Elliott Andalman
After being denied OPM disability retirement and having a dreadful experience with another firm that charged very little for handling my initial application for disability (I found out the hard way that it's true -- you get what you pay for), I went to see Mr. Andalman for help with my Request for Reconsideration. I found him to be very knowledgeable, ethical, and responsive. Due to the work by Mr. Andalman and his assistant, I was approved for OPM disability upon reconsideration. I'm very grateful for having found his law firm, Andalman & Flynn, and highly recommend them to all who are disabled from work.

Top Notch
I came to Mr. Andalman after a very bad experience with another firm. Mr. Andalman assigned Zubaidah in his office to assist him with my case. They were always available for questions and always showed concern. Based on my dealings with the other firm on the same case, I can tell you that Elliott and Zubaidah are at the top of the list for handling disability cases. Everything happened just as they had extensively explained it to me. They were in contact with the medical professionals that handle and know my health. They ultimately won my Social Security and Federal Disability cases. I am sincerely thankful to have found their firm. They are many miles away, but it made no difference to the outcome of my case. I only wish I had found them sooner.

A great advocate in a time of difficulty
Mr Andalman handled both my social security and private disability cases with skill and compassion and I finally received benefits in both. I was very sick and felt extremely vulnerable--the process can be very difficult and even humiliating, at a time in your life when you are least well prepared to deal with such things. Elliott understood the toll the process took, was efficient, fair and compassionate. I've worked with him off and on over many years, and I'm grateful I found him.

He will help you win!
Elliott Andalman and the people at his firm are the best! I needed a lawyer to help with my Federal Disability Retirement from the Postal Service. I did a lot of research, and called several law firms in and around my area before I settled on Andalman and Flynn. I saw that they have a great winning percentage on the first try at disablity benefits..I had always heard that you were mostly turned down on your first application. Not true!. Andalman and Flynn won my case the first time around, no appeals! They explained everything up front, told me what to expect, kept me informed. They actually treated me like a person and not just a potential check. I was being given false information from my employer about what I could and couldn't do during the disability process pertaining to resigning and health benefits coveraage. I called Elliott's office and they showed me when and how to do it the right way. I had a great contact in Andalman and Flynn's office named Zubaidah Haamid. She took care of most of the day to day stuff with me. She is very proffessional, but also very kind, patient and understanding. My family was going through a very rough time and they made it easier. If you ever need a lawyer for anything, check with Andalman and Flynn first.
