Savior at Law

Hired Elliott for his legal experience with Federal Disability Retirement (FDR) claims, after researching OPM's application process. My initial consultation with Elliott and his paralegal Zubaidah exceeded expectations. The FDR process involves multi-agency forms, evaluations and approval. Intimi...dating, overwhelming and confusing. Elliott and Zubaidah put me at ease; they would manage every legal step of the FDR labyrinth. No smoke and mirrors. Never had a warm and fuzzy with the legal profession, but Elliott is human. Empathetic, yet no nonsense. Zubaidah communicated with me on every step of the process. Smart, knowledgable and supportive. My FDR claim was approved with the initial submission to OPM.

Top Notch

I came to Mr. Andalman after a very bad experience with another firm. Mr. Andalman assigned Zubaidah in his office to assist him with my case. They were always available for questions and always showed concern. Based on my dealings with the other firm on the same case, I can tell you that Elliott and... Zubaidah are at the top of the list for handling disability cases. Everything happened just as they had extensively explained it to me. They were in contact with the medical professionals that handle and know my health. They ultimately won my Social Security and Federal Disability cases. I am sincerely thankful to have found their firm. They are many miles away, but it made no difference to the outcome of my case. I only wish I had found them sooner.

He will help you win!

Elliott Andalman and the people at his firm are the best! I needed a lawyer to help with my Federal Disability Retirement from the Postal Service. I did a lot of research, and called several law firms in and around my area before I settled on Andalman and Flynn. I saw that they have a great winning p...ercentage on the first try at disablity benefits..I had always heard that you were mostly turned down on your first application. Not true!. Andalman and Flynn won my case the first time around, no appeals! They explained everything up front, told me what to expect, kept me informed. They actually treated me like a person and not just a potential check. I was being given false information from my employer about what I could and couldn't do during the disability process pertaining to resigning and health benefits coveraage. I called Elliott's office and they showed me when and how to do it the right way. I had a great contact in Andalman and Flynn's office named Zubaidah Haamid. She took care of most of the day to day stuff with me. She is very proffessional, but also very kind, patient and understanding. My family was going through a very rough time and they made it easier. If you ever need a lawyer for anything, check with Andalman and Flynn first.
