In life we never really expect to need an attorney. When/ if that time comes like most people I was scared of what to expect, the trustworthiness, the knowledge of my specific case, how long would this take.. All of my questions were answered, and answered timely. I never felt like I was "bothering ...him" Nick took time to understand my point of view, understand the case, he remembered facts. Yes part of this was "his Job" but above and beyond his job was the kind tone I heard on the other end of the phone each time I called, the rapid response of answering emails . The time he took to explain the details of my case to me. Law is not my area of expertise. I was confused and uneducated at times during this process, he made sure I understood each step of the way. He let me decide how to proceed with his guidance. He explained the benefit of each possible out come of my case. I never felt forced to make a decision to get my case over with. Each time a document that we were waiting on came in, I knew it arrived. When struggles arose in the case I was made aware of that as well. When appointments were needed, example a doctor appointment, I knew why it was needed and what to expect while there. When I had to sign documentation that looked like it was in a foreign language, because it used terms I did not understand, Nick broke down every sentence when I needed him to. He never treated me as though I was just a client, or beneath him if I did not understand what was happening he and his team always took time with me . I had a clear understanding of this process. Nick and his team were educated, helpful, understanding, and patient, . The guidance they provided went above what I expected.
