I represent defendants in felonies and misdemeanors. Most of my clients are charged with drugs, weapons, sexual assault, murder and aggravated assaults, domestic violence, theft, fraud and burglary. I am an excellent trial attorney and sentencing advocate. I have handled more than 60 criminal jury trials and hundreds of plea bargains. I also handle criminal appeals and sentencing reconsiderations. I care deeply about my clients and always fight for the best outcome.

I have earned a high rate of satisfaction in representing numerous traffic and drunk-driving defendants in court and at the Motor Vehicle Administration. I understand that individuals charged with alcohol related driving offenses are not common criminals and are usually traumatized by the process of arrest and prosecution. I am sensitive to individual circumstances and my traffic clients feel safe and prepared for the court process.

I represent individuals in divorces, custody, visitation and civil domestic violence cases. Cases involving family difficulties, particularly child custody cases, require a compassionate, but determined advocate. I am such an advocate.

Juvenile require special treatment. Our system is supposed to focus on the rehabilitation of the juvenile offender. However, I know that often the local prosecutor's office only wants to punish kids in ways that are often disproportionate and destructive. My experience with the available programs qualifies me to help juveniles and his/her parents feel confident that thier child is being treated as fairly and appropriately as possible.
