Stephanie carefully listened and carefully read the details of the shingle manufacturer's and roofer's warrantees and contracts, concerning a roof problem. Although she was very busy when I called she was very responsible in letting me know she received my initial message requesting a consultation ...and when she would be able to discuss my problem, which was within a reasonable time. She explained in detail what documents she needed from me. She explained in layman's' language why I did not have a case against the roofer or the shingle manufacturer After consulting with her I agreed that I did not have a case to pursue. She did not bill me for consulting with me even though she spent significant amount of time learning the details of my problem and explaining the results of why she felt I did not have a reason to take any legal action about this problem.
