Accident

My husband was hit by a car and Mitch Dugan handled the case and was good in obtaining a settlement for him

Excellent Attorney

Mitch is a great attorney. He handled my very complicated workers comp case. When my employer was being unfair and causing me a lot of stress, Mitch and his staff took care of everything. He always returned my calls and made sure I was aware of everything going on in my case. I have referred many... people to Mitch already.

Poor attorney

This attorney took a fee from my workers compensation checks when he told me he waved the fee and on top of that when i questioned why my checks were lower, he told me it was the overpayment coming out of my checks. I want every penny he took from my checks back. He has poor communication, have to ma...ke an appointment to speak to him and never gave one indication of how my case was going. Thank goodness i found a new attorney before he screwed my case up even more.
