Aileen Oliver

Ms. Oliver graduated from Howard University School of Law and began her career as an Assistant States Attorney in Prince George’s County, Maryland where she prosecuted several high profile matters and handled over 50 jury trials with a high rate of success.

She then accepted a position as in-house counsel with State Farm Insurance Company where she gained more jury trial experience by defending State Farm and its policy holders in personal injury and contract disputes for over 5 years and completed Insurance Coverage Litigation School.

Aileen E. Oliver has over 20 years of litigation experience with a high rate of success in Divorce, Child Custody and Support, Personal Injury, Children In Need Of Assistance (CINA), Contract, Collections, Criminal and Civil cases. She has been appointed by the Judges of the Circuit Court of Maryland as a Best Interest Attorney in matters involving custody disputes.

Ms. Oliver is the primary mediator for Family Mediation Works, LLC which assists families in resolving custody, support and marital property disputes without resort to Court litigation.

The Law Office of Aileen E. Oliver has assisted Maryland and District of Columbia entrepreneurs in setting up new ventures, preparing contracts and agreements and licensing.
