A Will was filed in a Probate Estate that was already pending, however the signature of the Decedent on the Will did not seem to be authentic. After procuring a handwriting analyst, it was determined t ... hat the signature was a forgery. Although the case was proceeding to trial, the Defendant settled before the Discovery Stage on the basis that the signature was determined to be a forgery, and withdrew the fraudulent Will.

The Royal Legal Group, LLC obtained a buyback, by notifying the dealer of various consumer laws that applied and by negotiating a resolution.
