Best attorney for DUI

Because of Mr. Kush Arora, my son was acquitted of all charges relating to his DUI case. His knowledge of the law is impeccable, which in turn, makes us feel at ease and less stress.

I'm ecstatic over my Mr. Aurora's performance and overwhelmed by the success of the outcome. After spending Christmas in manacles, I was facing 4 serious driving infractions (including my 1st DUI) and he cleared the bases with a grand slam. Other lawyers advised me to forgo MVA Hearing, save my mone...y and plead at trial; but Kush knew what the others (I guess) didn't. He used the hearing to get the rookie arresting officer to admit (under oath) to numerous mistakes in her report. The District Attorney subsequently dropped the case without prejudice! He knows all the local judges and knows strategically when/how to proceed for the best outcome. He's as sharp as the come and doesn't joke around, so don't expect therapy-- expect victory. Kush is worth his weight in platinum.

Kush is an excellent attorney. Most importantly, he understood the system, knows all the key players and is very knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process and made the process as simple as possible. This is the first time I have ever had the need for an attorney and needless to say, i...t was a very scary and stressful process. Kush put my mind at ease, broke down the process for me and the result was exactly what I had hoped form (dismissal). He even helped me to get the record expunged so that nothing negative will result from the case. I would highly recommend using his services if you are in need of legal help.

My lawyer, Kush Arora.

I found Mr. Arora an excellent attorney who understood the law concerning my case and just as important, was familiar with the Judges and Prosecutor who I was to face. This allowed us to plan for my defense which ultimately resulted in a favorable verdict for myself. I appreciated his professsional...ism and help that also saved me an additional $ 1000.00 from court fines. He really looked after my best interest.

Best Attorney in Montgomery County

I was facing a drug charge in Maryland, and I needed an attorney who had an expertise in that subject. My wife and I called a few attorneys but we decided to hire Kush after the consult with him. He sounded like he knew what he was doing, and he was very thorough during my free consult. Kush did not ...disappoint, I got off with a small fine. This was the best outcome I could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend Kush Arora to anyone who needs an amazing criminal defense attorney in Maryland.
