I was facing my first ever charge which was a DUI and a host of 7 other driving infractions. I did the breathalyzer test and blew 0.18 (double the legal limit). So I admit, my case was a tough one. Also, I knew if I was convicted of this DUI that it would have ruined my career as well as my immigr...ation status. There was a lot riding on this. I'm ecstatic over my Mr. Aurora's performance and overwhelmed by the success of the outcome. After spending Christmas in manacles, I was facing 4 serious driving infractions (including my 1st DUI) and he cleared the bases with a grand slam. Other lawyers advised me to forgo MVA Hearing, save my mone...y and plead at trial; but Kush knew what the others (I guess) didn't. He used the hearing to get the rookie arresting officer to admit (under oath) to numerous mistakes in her report. The District Attorney subsequently dropped the case without prejudice! I was pleased with Kush's performance from the first contact. His response time was almost immediate and it was even on a weekend that I first called. A brief phone conference prepared me for what to expect in court, and again gave me confidence. Kush is a true professional in the courtroom and I believe he left the prosecutor at a loss for words several times. His questions to the police officer were relevant and enlightening. When it was all said and done, I was charged with a basic traffic violation. All other charges were dropped. I believe my money was well spent on Kush and would Highly recommend him to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney. He and his team earn 5 stars in my book!
