Kathleen A Dolan

Do not hire Kathleen Dolan for any legal issues. She misrepresents the facts and cost me my case. My case & the facts: I received a DUI last year and hired Kathleen as my attorney. I regret that decision. From the very beginning, she was rude. She neglected to inform me of the DUI process and the...n on the day before I had my first court appearance, rudely asked why I didn't complete my educational classes. I told her I was never informed of the process (classes I needed to take). During our discussion, she agreed that her receptionist failed to follow through and that it was her firm's fault for not informing me of the process. She agreed to move the court date only if I paid her an extra $750. Even though this felt like extortion, I paid her as I wanted a favorable outcome from the judge. A few months later, she claimed that she had a family issue and was unable to attend the day of the sentencing. She sent a junior level replacement, who wasn't informed of the case until I briefed him what had happened. After the sentencing date, I had to complete some paperwork which required Kathleen's signature. She refused to sign the document until I paid her an extra $750 again. Now, I can't move ahead without her signature. I refused to pay her another $750 just so that she can sign the document. Her fees for this case was upwards of $5,000, while she (and her firm) didn't do anything. Her business practices are highly unethical.She will lie and put all the blame on you, even though you hired her to represent you in court. Please, please, please do not hire her as an attorney, unless you want the worst possible outcome.

Last year I was in search of a good attorney. I received numerous letters in the mail from attorneys stating they could meet my needs. After several phone calls and interviewing a few attorneys, upon meeting with Ms. Dolan I knew she was exactly who I was looking for. I left my meeting with her fe...eling relieved that the results would be what I was looking for. The results more than turned out this way. Ms. Dolan is an exemplary attorney. She is extremely knowledgeable of laws and well versed in all areas of the judicial system. In addition, she is professional, detail orientated, compassionate, and will only seek the best for her clients. She is direct and honest with her opinions and suggestion of how she would handle the situation; putting herself in your shoes. Ms. Dolan was always available via phone, e-mail, and text. This included after hours and on weekends and holidays! She also has a hard working professional assistant who is always available to inform you of Ms. Dolan's schedule. I would highly recommended Ms. Kathleen Dolan for any legal advice or assistance

Ok, so I was charged 500 for a case, which was good. She is all about money and doesn't call you until the day broke your case she doesn't even remember your name or the case. When you call the office, the receptionist sounds friendly but I've had better. I call this lady just to let her know I compl...eted my community service, just for to say who are you?? Cut me off every chance I opened my mouth, then she had a never to say oh, I was looking in my public defender stack?? Really lady is that why youdisrespected me, because you thought I had a pd no I paid you to fight my case. She has no manners at all, I wouldn't recommend her.
