Kathleen Kennedy was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable lawyer in my case. From the first moment of contact about needing her help for a minor drinking offense she explained possible ways to handle the situation. She gave the many different outcomes and the positives and negative of each. After c...onfidently explaining she would do everything she could do defend me a horribly unfair citation , I decided to take it to court. In the meeting with the Maryland youth alcohol official, Kathleen vehemently defended me and negotiated a deal far less intense as some of my peers who did not choose to fight the citation. I would strongly recommend Kathleen Kennedy to anyone looking for a dedicated lawyer. She always had my very best interest in mind during the entire process, which gave me relief to know I was in good hands.

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN !!! My daughter and I met with her November 2015. She agreed to represent us in two peace order hearings, my daughter's two false criminal charges, and she also agreed to shield some old charges that my daughter had on her record. She took our $2,000 dollars and handled the pea...ce order hearings ( where she failed to get them dismissed ) and then said that was all she agreed to do. The contract was written up in my daughter's name and states that she would handle the peace orders and the criminal charges. She was very ugly and rude to my daughter in a email. She failed to show up for the first criminal charge hearing on December 8,2015. She did not return my daughter's phone calls. I am an older disabled woman that survives on social security disability. The $2,000.00 I gave her was all the money that I could come up with. I will repeat myself - DO NOT HIRE KATHLEEN DOLAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing really negative to say about Mrs. Dolan, I was able to contact her through phone, Text, and email. She was extremely knowledgeable, and explained me the process in a form i could easy understand. I was charged with a DUI, negligent driving, and other charges related to that. Court day arrive...d and I was nervous, i didn't know what to expect. I was the last one called up, and off the bat I saw that the states attorney did not want to go easy on me, but because of Mrs. Dolans knowledge of the law and aggressiveness towards the court. I came out with all charges dropped except one for not having my registration. I barley restrained myself from standing up and celebrating. Maybe to other people a DUI is just a DUI, but for me its a huge increase in my insurance policy, its a suspended licence, and expensive classes that i don't have time for. I am very grateful for her services.
