Kathleen is a brilliant attorney! She represented me in a DUI case and fought tooth and nail for the best possible outcome. I am very grateful for her. She invests herself personally into each of her clients and works diligently on helping them through tough cases. Having been extremely nervous thro...ughout the entire process, Kathleen was very friendly and professional, yet honest and straightforward. With her help, we were able to reduce all of the charges, which resulted in the best possible outcome.

Do not hire Kathleen Dolan for any legal issues. She misrepresents the facts and cost me my case. My case & the facts: I received a DUI last year and hired Kathleen as my attorney. I regret that decision. From the very beginning, she was rude. She neglected to inform me of the DUI process and the...n on the day before I had my first court appearance, rudely asked why I didn't complete my educational classes. I told her I was never informed of the process (classes I needed to take). During our discussion, she agreed that her receptionist failed to follow through and that it was her firm's fault for not informing me of the process. She agreed to move the court date only if I paid her an extra $750. Even though this felt like extortion, I paid her as I wanted a favorable outcome from the judge. A few months later, she claimed that she had a family issue and was unable to attend the day of the sentencing. She sent a junior level replacement, who wasn't informed of the case until I briefed him what had happened. After the sentencing date, I had to complete some paperwork which required Kathleen's signature. She refused to sign the document until I paid her an extra $750 again. Now, I can't move ahead without her signature. I refused to pay her another $750 just so that she can sign the document. Her fees for this case was upwards of $5,000, while she (and her firm) didn't do anything. Her business practices are highly unethical.She will lie and put all the blame on you, even though you hired her to represent you in court. Please, please, please do not hire her as an attorney, unless you want the worst possible outcome.

Nothing really negative to say about Mrs. Dolan, I was able to contact her through phone, Text, and email. She was extremely knowledgeable, and explained me the process in a form i could easy understand. I was charged with a DUI, negligent driving, and other charges related to that. Court day arrive...d and I was nervous, i didn't know what to expect. I was the last one called up, and off the bat I saw that the states attorney did not want to go easy on me, but because of Mrs. Dolans knowledge of the law and aggressiveness towards the court. I came out with all charges dropped except one for not having my registration. I barley restrained myself from standing up and celebrating. Maybe to other people a DUI is just a DUI, but for me its a huge increase in my insurance policy, its a suspended licence, and expensive classes that i don't have time for. I am very grateful for her services.
