I had a horrible experience with Kathleen Dolan. She never gets back to your phone calls. Her prices are very high. She took a huge retainer from me, fed me with promises. During the trial, she came not prepared, she missed all the key details, she forgot all the details. Even the judge made her a fe...w notes. I lost an easy case because of her incompetence. She is unprofessional, rude and has an attitude.

Do not hire Kathleen Dolan for any legal issues. She misrepresents the facts and cost me my case. My case & the facts: I received a DUI last year and hired Kathleen as my attorney. I regret that decision. From the very beginning, she was rude. She neglected to inform me of the DUI process and the...n on the day before I had my first court appearance, rudely asked why I didn't complete my educational classes. I told her I was never informed of the process (classes I needed to take). During our discussion, she agreed that her receptionist failed to follow through and that it was her firm's fault for not informing me of the process. She agreed to move the court date only if I paid her an extra $750. Even though this felt like extortion, I paid her as I wanted a favorable outcome from the judge. A few months later, she claimed that she had a family issue and was unable to attend the day of the sentencing. She sent a junior level replacement, who wasn't informed of the case until I briefed him what had happened. After the sentencing date, I had to complete some paperwork which required Kathleen's signature. She refused to sign the document until I paid her an extra $750 again. Now, I can't move ahead without her signature. I refused to pay her another $750 just so that she can sign the document. Her fees for this case was upwards of $5,000, while she (and her firm) didn't do anything. Her business practices are highly unethical.She will lie and put all the blame on you, even though you hired her to represent you in court. Please, please, please do not hire her as an attorney, unless you want the worst possible outcome.

Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about my case and explained everything in detail. She was always available by text or phone to answer any questions I had. She made an extremely stressful situation much easier to deal with. Very open and honest. Even though I now have much less faith in ...the judicial system overall, my faith in Kathleen is solid. Thankfully she was able to get everything I was wrongfully accused of erased from my record completely. If you find yourself needing a lawyer don't hesitate to call Kathleen!!

I could not be more impressed with my representation from Ms. Dolan. From day one she was extremely available (phone, text, email), knowledgeable, and understanding. If you want the job done right, hire Ms. Dolan. While she may not be warm and fuzzy, she will do everything in her power to help you....

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN !!! My daughter and I met with her November 2015. She agreed to represent us in two peace order hearings, my daughter's two false criminal charges, and she also agreed to shield some old charges that my daughter had on her record. She took our $2,000 dollars and handled the pea...ce order hearings ( where she failed to get them dismissed ) and then said that was all she agreed to do. The contract was written up in my daughter's name and states that she would handle the peace orders and the criminal charges. She was very ugly and rude to my daughter in a email. She failed to show up for the first criminal charge hearing on December 8,2015. She did not return my daughter's phone calls. I am an older disabled woman that survives on social security disability. The $2,000.00 I gave her was all the money that I could come up with. I will repeat myself - DO NOT HIRE KATHLEEN DOLAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
