Nothing really negative to say about Mrs. Dolan, I was able to contact her through phone, Text, and email. She was extremely knowledgeable, and explained me the process in a form i could easy understand. I was charged with a DUI, negligent driving, and other charges related to that. Court day arrive...d and I was nervous, i didn't know what to expect. I was the last one called up, and off the bat I saw that the states attorney did not want to go easy on me, but because of Mrs. Dolans knowledge of the law and aggressiveness towards the court. I came out with all charges dropped except one for not having my registration. I barley restrained myself from standing up and celebrating. Maybe to other people a DUI is just a DUI, but for me its a huge increase in my insurance policy, its a suspended licence, and expensive classes that i don't have time for. I am very grateful for her services.

I was advised by the States Attorney to get a continuance because they did not have their key witness for prosecution. Then told before the judge i needed to hire a lawyer that day or represent myself. By the grace of God Kathleen Dolan approached me in the courtroom and offered services. After hi...ring her for a vey reasonable price the States Attorney asked for a continuance otherwise we would have went that day. I was facing 6 years on a VOP due to false allegations made by my X girlfriend. The eventual outcome was all charges dropped including assault and destruction of property and elimination of probation entirely. I am a free man now thanks to her diligence, intelligence, and connections in the courthouse. She was vey personable in the office and made me feel comfortable and stress free.
