I had a great experience with Ms Dolan. I was being tried for leaving an accident and the woman that I had hit was claiming bodily injury even though my insurance was contacted and her slight car damages were repaired for her. She could have likely sued me further had she gotten away with her cla...im. It's a very scary situation to deal with police and courts (especially when you have no experience). Kathleen helped calm my fears before the court date and that gave me some more good nights sleep. The day of court, I walked out with a small ticket, no points, no blemishes to my license and no issues at all. Every case is different certainly, but I know that she provided me the best possible defense and allowed me to go on with my life with no further implications. Nothing really negative to say about Mrs. Dolan, I was able to contact her through phone, Text, and email. She was extremely knowledgeable, and explained me the process in a form i could easy understand. I was charged with a DUI, negligent driving, and other charges related to that. Court day arrive...d and I was nervous, i didn't know what to expect. I was the last one called up, and off the bat I saw that the states attorney did not want to go easy on me, but because of Mrs. Dolans knowledge of the law and aggressiveness towards the court. I came out with all charges dropped except one for not having my registration. I barley restrained myself from standing up and celebrating. Maybe to other people a DUI is just a DUI, but for me its a huge increase in my insurance policy, its a suspended licence, and expensive classes that i don't have time for. I am very grateful for her services.
