I had a 2 day specially set trial with lots of witnesses against me including cops and experts. Robin cross examined them all to the nth degree and did a great job putting on our defense case. He charmed everybody including the Judge. He result was that I was found Not Guilty of all 94 counts. My... wife couldn’t believe it!

Mr. Ficker was very unprofessional when he was talking to me. On more than one occasion he was very rude and sarcastic to me during our conversations. My husband had to intervene in one of the conversations and ask him not to shout at me. He also told me on two occasions that he had filed a motion fo...r my son who I has hired him to help and he didn't actually filed the motion until two days later. His delays in filing these motions caused my son to be delayed in his release from prison.

Everybody, including the media, said I could not win. But my Attorney had the jury smiling in agreement. He brought out all the intense emotions in the case. The prosecutor was shocked when the jury said, "Not Guilty," of attempted first degree murder, "Not Guilty of attempted second degree murder..., "Not Guilty," of first degree assault, and "Not Guilty," of carrying a dangerous and deadly weapon with intent to injure. Robin Ficker saved my life!

We went to trial in Cumberland Circuit Court. My friends were worried because they thought I couldn't win, and because I was on probation and had a baby on the way.
