The jury came back with a Not Guilty on all 4 counts, including 2nd degree Rape. I had been held for 10 months in jail for a crime I did not commit. Robin got ahold of all the hundreds of text messages she had sent me, which showed I had done nothing wrong. This man is a genius. I can't thank him... enough!

I met him at a McDonalds in Bethesda. He was amazing. Really knew the menu. He gave me a choice. I could buy a number 3 or use the same money for my legal fees. Of couse I opted to forgo lunch. In court it was more amazing. He showed up around 3 and took charge. Even though he had no idea wh...o I was or anything about my case; he paced up and down the courtroom with an empty folder with my name on it. I said "Robin" and got his attention. After that it was pure magic. I pled guilty to everything. But it was good for me after all I was guilty and this was my 5th DUI. A year in jail, lost my job, the house and the wife. Like a country song. Thank you Robin.

Very responsive. My case was a blood test case. He told me the state will not be ready, but we shall be. He was right! The state could not make the blood test after he made them jump through all the hoops and dot their i's and cross their t's. My case was thrown out and I had thought I would go ...to jail. Why would anyone think of going to Court by herself without a good attorney like Ficker?

This guy is the worst, if other attorneys lowered their prices I would have never used him. Bottom line, you are better off, as scary as it may seem, getting your info together and defending yourself or getting more money until other attorneys adjust their fees. I will be filing an official compla...int but I want to warn others so they do fall victim to the same stuff as I did.
