Very responsive. My case was a blood test case. He told me the state will not be ready, but we shall be. He was right! The state could not make the blood test after he made them jump through all the hoops and dot their i's and cross their t's. My case was thrown out and I had thought I would go ...to jail. Why would anyone think of going to Court by herself without a good attorney like Ficker?

If you need some who cares about your case, and constantly keep you informed about the case, and fight for your rights then you need to Hire another attorney. Robin Ficker, it is a veeeery Cheap Attorney. But some times you end up paying more for b...eing cheap. Because of his cheaper prices he gets lots of cases, reason why he does not have enough time to really focus on your case. I personally had a very Bad experience with Mr. Robin Ficker, he never wanted to listen to me when I tried to explain my case in details, he was more concerned about the money I owe him. Once I paid him in full he was always to busy to talk to me on the phone. All he was recommending me was a guilty plea when I was 100% Innocent, I tried my case and because he did not now the facts of my case he had no a valid arguments to support my defense and I was found guilty. I had to appeal and hire another Attorney that charged me 4 Times more money than what I paid Mr. Ficker but this time I got positive results in my case.*

I was charged with manslaughter because my best friend died of an overdose. Ficker outsmarted the prosecutor and had the Judge shaking his head in agreement every time Robin argued against the state. I had a high bond and couldn;t get out of jail until the trial date. But then Robin got me out bec...ause he ran rings around the prosecutor, making it seem like they had no case against me at all. Ficker is an original thinker and comes up with ideas nobody else does. He is the antidote to small town prosecutors and local bias. I can't see how he could have done a better job for me and can't thank him enough. He always took my calls himself!
