Robin K A Ficker

Everybody, including the media, said I could not win. But my Attorney had the jury smiling in agreement. He brought out all the intense emotions in the case. The prosecutor was shocked when the jury said, "Not Guilty," of attempted first degree murder, "Not Guilty of attempted second degree murder..., "Not Guilty," of first degree assault, and "Not Guilty," of carrying a dangerous and deadly weapon with intent to injure. Robin Ficker saved my life!

The jury came back with a Not Guilty on all 4 counts, including 2nd degree Rape. I had been held for 10 months in jail for a crime I did not commit. Robin got ahold of all the hundreds of text messages she had sent me, which showed I had done nothing wrong. This man is a genius. I can't thank him... enough!

I was charged with double manslaughter when my car went off the road. Unfortunately, two people were killed. The States Attorney made me a top priority and the public defender said I could not win and wanted me to plead guilty with a ten year cap. But Robin Ficker convinced the jury to hang 6-6! I... can't thank him enough!

I was charged with manslaughter because my best friend died of an overdose. Ficker outsmarted the prosecutor and had the Judge shaking his head in agreement every time Robin argued against the state. I had a high bond and couldn;t get out of jail until the trial date. But then Robin got me out bec...ause he ran rings around the prosecutor, making it seem like they had no case against me at all. Ficker is an original thinker and comes up with ideas nobody else does. He is the antidote to small town prosecutors and local bias. I can't see how he could have done a better job for me and can't thank him enough. He always took my calls himself!
