Based on my experience working with Atty Jan Pederson, I never wish to work with anyone else. She is amazing. She gets things done. She will fight for you until the end. She knows her stuff. I must admit, I slept better this past year because I knew she was working on my side.

Extraordinary, she saved my life
I hired a lawyer in Massachusetts and this lawyer just complicated my case giving me wrong advises, sending requests for new evidence late to USCIS and of course that created a mess. Just the best!
Jan Pederson is simply the best. We are here in the states working legally thanks to her. When things were basically lost, she didn't stop fighting for our cause until a positive result was received. I recommend her without hesitation!
