In September 2018 my sister in law (80 years) suffered a stroke and had to be hospitalized. During this time I discovered that she did not have any medical coverage. Looking further we found that she lost her green card status. I reached out to Rose Immigration for advice and counsel. After the initial interview I decided to employee this agency. Linda Rose assigned Josh Evans to the case. Josh proved to be an excellent researcher and closer. My sister in law is now a naturalized citizen. They even check on my sister’s medical condition from time to time. I highly recommend Rose Immigration for your legal needs.

Confidence in frustrating circumstances
Linda and team helped me navigate this confusing process, in which my Greencard (EB-1) application was delayed due to elongated processing and I had to apply for an interim extension of my O-1. Was certainly a costly affair, but Linda and her team were competent and reassuring to work with.

Great immigration attorney in Nashville
We worked with Linda Rose to obtain a visa for a family member. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in guiding us toward the right Visa (which was ultimately approved). Linda and her team were incredibly willing to meet in person, hear our thoughts and concerns and discuss, in great depth, the requirements for the Visa and the way forward. My Favorite Immigration Lawyer
Linda Rose was recommended by my Perubian father when I was looking for another immigration lawyer for my green card case. She was better than the other lawyer my husband and I dealt with and very professional. I later on discovered the company I started to work for uses Linda Rose as well for their immigration cases. She is very excellent lawyer. I have recommended her to my friends who were seeking immigration lawyer. She is very professional lawyer but also she is very knowledged lawyer. I would recommend her to anyone.

Disapointed!
We made an appointment to see Linda Rose. Upon arrival, we were greeted by her, and then handed off to an inexperienced, recent graduate. He was a very pleasant and affable young man, but did not inspire confidence. At the end of our consultation, he offered to follow up our meeting with specific information, which we had requested. The only communication we ever received, which was a long time later, was a brief form note thanking us for our business. We did not get value for money, we paid a premium for what amounted to being an uninformative, hour-long conversation with no follow up. We made an appointment to see Ms. Rose based on her reputation. For that, we paid a premium, then were shoveled off to a relative novice.

This is Linda Rose. I apologize if this potential client was not treated according to our usual procedures. I always greet potential clients. If I ask one of the other attorneys to do the initial consultation (on occasion due to an unanticipated conflict), I first offer the potential client a chance to reschedule. If they do not want to reschedule, I always go into the room toward the end of the meeting (if at all possible) to review what was said and offer any further insight. In this case, if the parties had let me know they were disappointed, I would have refunded their consultation fee and scheduled them for another meeting with me exclusively at no charge. If this person contacts me now, I will still honor that offer. Thank you for the opportunity to respond and make this right.
