During the first week in June, my car’s automated system notified me that I needed a brake change. I kept telling myself, “You need to get the car to the mechanic and take care of this, Tom.” As I merrily drove to work one morning last June, I was concentrating on that morning’s meetings and the dr...ead of the inevitable workload that comes from such meetings.
