Very Pleased and Relieved

Steve Duckett provided my family with outstanding legal counsel and service during a very stressful time. Wonderful Experience

Steve Duckett was a wonderful lawyer who helped me with my DUI case. I am from out of town and he did everything in his power to help my case while I lived elsewhere. He was professional, patient and honest at all times and I highly recommend him! Thank you!

If I am ever facing a criminal charge again, this guy is my first call

I was facing a charge of Domestic Violence in Prince William County. Any conviction whatsoever in a case like this meant, not only criminal penalties, but in my case also the end of my job and being barred from ever hold a position in my career field again. Every bit of my 23 years of experience was ...about to become worthless and I was going to lose everything I ever worked for. Then I talked to Steve. He wasn't the cheapest around but is a criminal trial the time to go shopping for the cheapest attorney you can find? Steve was worth every penny. Other criminal attorneys that I knew, and that knew the facts of the case, said I need to take a plea and there was no chance of winning this case. But Steve knew that for me, a plea was just as bad. He formulated a strategy, knew the legal landscape of the area (a rare and critical skill for your attorney to have), and delivered. In a big way. Steve got the charges completely dismissed. I still cannot believe it. God forbid I should ever get in trouble again but, if I do, Steve is my first call. I wholeheartedly recommend that if you have to step up to the plate with the Prince William County legal system, trust Steve Duckett to swing the bat.

Excellent Representation

I was pulled over for a suspected DUI. While I didn't agree with the police officer and his tactics, I still had to face the facts and go to court. I contacted Mr. Duckett with a lot of worries on my mind. He really helped me to understand my rights and my position in court. He was very knowledgeable... and his relationships helped to reduce the penalty and I will be able to walk away without a DUI or reckless driving on my record. I would highly recommend Mr. Duckett!

Great lawyer!!!!!

He has helped me out twice. Once on a probation violation and once on a driving on suspended. Couldn't be any happier of the results from both cases. He really works hard to get the best possible result for you and I would recommend him to any and everyone that is in need of a lawyer.
