Wonderful Experience

Steve Duckett was a wonderful lawyer who helped me with my DUI case. I am from out of town and he did everything in his power to help my case while I lived elsewhere. He was professional, patient and honest at all times and I highly recommend him! Thank you!

Excellent Representation

I was pulled over for a suspected DUI. While I didn't agree with the police officer and his tactics, I still had to face the facts and go to court. I contacted Mr. Duckett with a lot of worries on my mind. He really helped me to understand my rights and my position in court. He was very knowledgeable... and his relationships helped to reduce the penalty and I will be able to walk away without a DUI or reckless driving on my record. I would highly recommend Mr. Duckett!

DUI/DWI Case to dismiss

I hired Steve Duckett back in Dec 2014 when I was charged with a DUI involved in a 3 cars accident. Without getting too specific, Steve pointed out a couple glaring mistakes that the officers made during the rest and was able to get my potential DUI charge to dismiss avoiding a lengthy license suspen...sion and DUI on my record. After meeting with Steve I knew immediately he was the man for the job. He put all the potential outcomes on the table but told he was confident he could get together all of the evident including the video during my arrest. Steve presented the evident in 2 lengthy court sessions and at one point during the court session in June 2015, I was nervous and asked what if I plead guilty but Steve told me “You hired me and this is my job we are going to trial”. Not only that but he was straightforward, honest, and more than fair with his fee. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. If you have a similar legal issue I would highly recommend Steve to defend you.

dwi and speeding charge

steve had my charges dropped, and got me a lesser charge of refusal to take a breathalizer. This got my license suspended in VA. for a year, which was fine because i live in N.Y. the charge never made it to N.Y. so i can still drive here. It was the gold star treatment! Thanks again, your the best!
