I strongly recommend Mr. Duckett. He exceeded my expectations!

I can't give enough praise for the legal skills of Steve Duckett. I work as a pharmaceutical sales rep and any points on my license can cost me my job. When a truck ran into me owned by a family with political connections, a witness appeared out of nowhere 20 min after the accident, and a despicable ...cop chose to give me a reckless driving ticket, I felt lost and without hope. I spoke to numerous lawyers but Mr. Duckett was the most professional, honest with expectations, costs and options. In the end, he actually was able to get the entire case dismissed! I would strongly recommend him and feel I owe that to others who've been through the ringer or just need a great lawyer at a reasonable cost.

Excellent Representation

I was pulled over for a suspected DUI. While I didn't agree with the police officer and his tactics, I still had to face the facts and go to court. I contacted Mr. Duckett with a lot of worries on my mind. He really helped me to understand my rights and my position in court. He was very knowledgeable... and his relationships helped to reduce the penalty and I will be able to walk away without a DUI or reckless driving on my record. I would highly recommend Mr. Duckett!

Excellent Representation

I was charged with Misdemeanor Assault. Mr. Duckett recognized immediately that this was a baseless charge. At the trial, all charges were dropped against me. I'm very grateful for Mr. Duckett's representation.

Outstanding Results

We hired Steve Duckett to represent my 21 yr old son who received a reckless driving ticket. Steve was very honest about impact to his record, what could happen and what to expect. He counseled us with actions to take to show remorse and make amends. We did all of the activities, from letters of r...ecommendation, driving classes, community service, etc. We ended up with two results - 1) a dismissal of the ticket; and 2) a scared and humbled son who learned a hard lesson in what could have happened to him for such poor decision making while driving. Sometimes it really does take a village to raise a child. I am very appreciative for the solid lesson Steve taught our son.

Great lawyer!!!!!

He has helped me out twice. Once on a probation violation and once on a driving on suspended. Couldn't be any happier of the results from both cases. He really works hard to get the best possible result for you and I would recommend him to any and everyone that is in need of a lawyer.
