This is your last stop in your searches for an attorney. After numerous research and interview with many lawyers, I decided to hire attorney Brian Lee. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, attentive and diligent. He went above and beyond to file my ch 7 bankruptcy and get a quick and successful discharge. I had some assets and tax returns I was afraid I would lose as well as some mess with a family member that was also undergoing bankruptcy in a different state, under a different chapter that tied us together. Attorney Lee protected the both of us. He was available on Saturdays, was extremely responsive by phone and email and was even available for consultation after my discharge. He is worth 5x then what he charges. You will be very satisfied. Search no more!

Excellent Attorney!
I hired Brian for my Bankruptcy 7 case and he was so professional and thorough. He gave me a free consultation, carefully went over my financial situation and declared that I was a good candidate for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Everything Brian told me would happen did. There were no surprises in court and no additional fees for his services. Hopefully I will not have to hire Brian anytime in the near future but IF I had to, I would definitely hire him again. Excellent, excellent attorney!!!

Great Advise
I visited my Lee for a consultation regarding bankruptcy. During my consultation, Mr. Lee asked me a series of questions, took notes, analyzed the information that I gave him and began to advise me based on the information given. Mr. Lee asked/advised to consider paying off my debts and to work out my tax situation. After leaving his office, I took him up on his advise, paid off my debts, an established a payment plan for my tax debt. Now I'm rebilling my credit on my own. I didn't need bankruptcy after all, as Mr. Lee stated in my consultation. I am truly grateful!!!

Knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant
I met with Mr. Lee for a consultation as I was considering declaring bankruptcy. The notion of engaging in that process alone was incredibly intimidating and stressful, but I felt at ease within the first five minutes of our meeting. It was clear that he's an expert in this area of practice, and he took time to really review the details of my situation. Ultimately, he told me that bankruptcy was not the best course of action in my particular circumstance, but he offered insight and recommendations for me to consider moving forward. I truly felt that he had my best interest in mind, even if that meant that I wouldn't become his client. Though I hope to never be in this position again, he would be my first call if it came to pass.

I always try to keep my clients out of bankruptcy, if at all possible. In many cases, there are alternative ways to deal with debt that do not involve a formal bankruptcy declaration. I'm glad I was able to help you!

Brian Lee best in the dmv period!!
Mr. Lee, easy to work with, very polite and he helped from start thru the end even after discharge. Best bankruptcy attorney no question. I had issue with creditor being rude then i called Brian and told him about the situation, right then and there he took care of it. He said Paul i got this. Creditor called back and apologized. guaranteed satisfied!

No need to look any further...
I first hired Mr. Lee back in September 2008 for a Ch. 7 bankruptcy case. I had reached a point where I was completely overwhelmed with debt and didn't know what to do. Mr. Lee put me at rest and was extremely professional throughout the whole process and guided me thoroughout each step. Come January 2009, the case was settled (in my favor of course) and life was back to normal again. This past year, I returned to him for another matter and as always, he has the utmost in professionalism and courtesy. I can't say enough great things about him. A highly recommended lawyer!
Brian handled my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in the spring of this year (2013). Best word to describe him is SUPERLATIVE! He is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, honest and always answered my queries and concerns either immediately or within 24 hours be it on the phone and/or e-mail. He is very caring and does his best to assist you in the bankruptcy process. He also has a great since of humor and his Spanish is good, even though he claims it's been a long time since he studied it. I can guarantee you that you will be in great hands with your bankruptcy case with Brian! He's not your typical lawyer and will be on your side throughout the entire process. I highly commend him for his outstanding knowledge of bankruptcy law and would recommend him without any reservations!
