Wrongful Foreclosure
I give Brian three stars for taking my call and providing his legal advice. Free consultation is nice to have. :) However, I felt very unhappy at the end of the call. Thanks for calling my office twice yesterday and for discussing your case with me. As I told you, your case is outside my practice area -- we only help clients who are facing foreclosure -- but I am glad I was able to give you some helpful information. We remember our conversations a bit differently. I hate giving bad news to good people, and my analysis obviously was not what you wanted to hear. While I try to be as candid as possible, however, I am never dismissive because the folks who call my office need support, not criticism. Nonetheless, I'm still sorry for the way our talk made you feel. I wish you nothing but the best of luck!
