Biography
For over 20 years, Brian V. Lee has helped individuals, families, and businesses across Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland find their way out of financial crisis — through bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and debt lawsuit defense.
Brian is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as federal courts in Maryland. Lee Legal serves clients throughout the DC region from offices in Washington DC, Alexandria, and Bethesda. He earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law and began his legal career at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Brian has served as Chair of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees. He has spoken at national bankruptcy seminars and written extensively on the myriad ways in which bankruptcy and foreclosure have impacted the DC area.
