Honest, Punctual, Informative and Experienced!

I had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Nathan Freeburg and his office last year during my separation from the US Navy. During the investigation and punishment process I was riddled with anxiety and worry due to the Non-judicial punishment process and the uncertainty of my future. Nathan cited factual rea...soning as to what my situation’s outcome would be and the upside available through every circumstance. He was always prompt to answer and detailed in his directions in regards to how I should act, speak and present myself through every step of the way. Ultimately, it was the solid representation that I had through retaining his services that provided me the confidence to succeed in my particular case. The potential downside to non-judicial punishment and it’s effects on your future is a slippery slope of red tape and bureaucracy. It can feel like no one is in your side and it can be that way for months! It is not only wise but prudent behavior to hire an attorney as competent and effective in mitigating and resolving your situation as Nathan Freeburg is. When you make this decision you will be guided through to the other side and you will thrive again.

A truly passionate and qualified advocate

Mr. Freeburg is passionate about justice and upholding the law and dignity of the court. He is brave and bold in his ability to represent his clients amidst the attempted intimidation and procedural pressure that is commonly employed by a prosecution. He became an expert in our case and the relev...ant case law. He anticipated and prepared for every angle of the prosecutions argument and had contingencies ready to mitigate anything unexpected. He is a well-respected member of the legal and military community and was able to secure a vital expert that joined our team and fought for us until the not guilty verdict. Mr. Freeburg delivered for us, our family, and our future.

Full acquittal-!

Retained him right after I got investigated by NCIS. Decided to fight with the advice from Mr.Freeburg. It was long and arduous journey from the arraignment through actual court martial. But he will lead you to the best way possible. And his professional military experience as JAG will save you from ...the worst outcome.

Saved my son!!!!

Nathan defended my son in a very serious Court Martial Case. His hard work, and the team of experts he put together got my son acquitted on all the charges. His style of defense put all of us at ease, and the results were life changing. I can never thank him enough for what he did for my son, and our... family.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
