I was facing accusations that would not only ruin my career but my life. When I hired Mr. Freeburg, he gave me the hope that everything would be turn out great. He put a great team together along with my appointed ADC and they did everything in their power to get the truth out and save my life. He tr...uly cares about defending the people who hire him and I would recommend him to anyone that faces the similar situation that I faced.

Mr. Nathan Freeburg went above and beyond

Mr. Nathan Freeburg fought and won a war for me. A war where my life was on the line. The week of trial was extremely long but he never seemed like he was tired. The prosecution were getting whittled down each and every day and by the end of it they were clearly exhausted. Of note, at the very end of... the courts martial, while the panel was deliberating, he continued to fight and made the prosecution work for everything they were trying to do. He worked extremely well with my Navy appointed JAG. Perhaps the thing that I am the most grateful for and happy about is how communicative he was throughout the entire process. He always answered my phones and texted back right away. This is huge! He also spent the extra time to explain things to my family through the week of trial. I can say without any hesitation that Mr. Nathan Freeburg fought relentlessly to save my life and he will fight for you too! I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking legal counsel!

HE IS A ABSOLUTE SUREFIRE TYPE OF LAWYER WHO SPECIALIZES IN MILITARY LAW!!

I am writing this review in hopes that others in situations that can not only jeopardize your career but potentially your entire life seek the right help.. and that help is Mr. Freeburg! I was facing a special court martial for article 112a in which I spent the majority of a year pleading my innocenc...e but my pleas consistently weren’t heard by my unit. I came across Nathan while searching for help and since the very first phone call to the very last message he was always on top of everything and ensured that I didn’t stress nor carry the toll of legal actions and the court martial alone. He is understanding, respectful, prepared, cool and relaxed, knowledgeable, and his presence alone speaks and spoke VOLUMES for me during my trial! His efforts led to my case being dismissed and I am now able to retire and take care of my family and for that I owe him my life. HIRE MR. FREEBURG! Please don’t wait or sit around forever thinking your situation can’t get better and there’s no chance for you.. fight the fight and sleep at night peacefully knowing he has your best interest at heart and justice for his clients is his number one priority! He saved my future and I can’t thank him enough. -Sergeant, USMC

Peace of Mind

When one is accused of a UCMJ violation, your whole world crumbles. Those who you thought were your friends desert you. I found Nathan after I fired an attorney and I'm so glad i did. He was always available for me which is amazing since he's very busy but always found time to contact me. Sometim...es I just needed to hear his view on something that happened. He accompanied me to any interviews and his presence there was indescribable comfort. He told me the unvarnished truth about my case, even if I didn't want to hear it, he never "sugar-coated" anything. Most importantly - he was successful. My case was adjudicated with the best possible outcome and it really was because of Nathan. Your ADC or SDC just isn't enough; if you're wondering if hiring a civilian lawyer is worth it, stop - it is. Remember that the Organization that you've given so much for is not your friend when you are accused. You need a friend who is an expert and for me that was Nathan Freeburg.
