I hired laura because a family friend recommended her. I waited to write this bc she is so rude and I dont want her to reach out to me for being honest. Laura knows the law but she is so overwhelmed that she filed things late all the time and she almost never makes time to email or call back. I had t...o chase her down all the time. I guess she takes on every case she can bc it makes her money but she doesn’t even have a paralegal so she makes herself and her client look foolish when she’s overwhelmed and unprepared. Not worth the time or money. Don’t ruin your case by using her. Maybe if she slows down she’ll be better.

You may want to pay attention to the most recent reviews because I had a similar experience with her for a custody case. Best advice I could give her…please get a paralegal! It was tough having to chase her down to get answers to my emails and, all the while, she never explained the process or her st...rategy. She seems very capable but overextended trying to do it all by herself. All I cared about was my case and that didn’t get much priority, so there were dropped balls throughout or things I had to be on top of with her. Because I had to learn by experience (rather than by being educated), there are some things I will handle very differently now that I know better.
