I concentrate my practice in the area of family law, and represent clients in matters pertaining to divorce, property division, alimony, child custody and visitation, guardianship, grandparent custody and visitation, child support, and domestic violence. My office is conveniently located on Rt. 52 in Centreville, DE, and I am licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Before I entered into private practice, I clerked for two judges in the Delaware Family Court. Additionally, I have been selected by the Delaware Family Court to represent parents in termination of parental rights proceedings, and was also selected to represent child support obligors facing the threat of incarceration. I have also presented at a Fundamentals of Family Law Continuing Legal Education Seminar, and am the past chair of the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
I grew up in Delaware and am graduate of Salesianum High School. In my free time, I enjoy running, weightlifting, and golfing.
In addition to being your advocate in Court, I work to ensure that my clients are fully informed about their legal rights and responsibilities. I will also explain your legal options and advise you on your best course action.
