After waiting 60 days to find out I was denied my LTCF, I asked around and Joshua Prince's name was recommended. I gave him a call and knew he was the right guy for the job. Very professional to deal with. Any question I ever had he responded within minutes. Always kept me up to date with my case and at the end he had my LCTF issued. If anyone has any legal issues I highly recommend him 100%.

I woke up one day dealing with a nightmare for any avid firearms owner. I found myself fighting for my 2nd amendment rights. I previously had wasted time and money on other firms eager to acccept a large retainer but could not produce results. I called the NRA and they recommended Joshua Prince and his firm. While it was a process Joshua and his team specifically Eric Winter turned out to be the right ones for the job. These guys will not waste your time and if they can help you they will be honest and relentless to that end. I am back with my license to carry and several new firearms and could not be happier. They gave me my life back. In have already referred others in need and would not hesitate to work with this firm for all other matters. Prince law is more than a firm they are constitutionally sound patriots who are in the know on all the latest news and are motivated by our founding fathers principals.

Josh has been fantastic to work with in drafting my firearms trust. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely. On several occasions, he even answered questions that I asked him via email within minutes on a Sunday evening! I would highly recommend using Josh Prince for any legal services regarding firearms trusts.

Like many others on this site I had complex gun rights issues that needed expert advocacy to clear up the confusion. Atty Prince was the right choice. His energy, experience, insight, and advocacy were critical for resolving my case and navigating the complex procedures and paperwork.
I have no doubt that without Attorney Prince I would not have resolved my case. If you have any reservations on either using an attorney or selecting the right one among many you need not. He is the right choice.
I couldn't be happier with the outcomes he achieved.

After Months of frustration with various Legal Entities in S/E PA, including Legal Aid of PA, finally discovered Prince Law Offices’ Firearms Industry Consulting Group (Bechtelsville, PA). Provided details of situation, and within approximately 7 Months, problem was rectified. Mr. Joshua Prince, and Firm, very knowledgeable regarding Firearms Industry, as well as reliable, forthright, and responsible. Pleasant surprise was Retainer refund.

I have used Joshua's services for several issues and have one still pending but have no doubt that it will be resolved as expediently as the prior issues. First I had an issue with local law enforcement not willing to sign for an NFA device and he quickly put that issue to rest by constructing a NFA Firearms Trust for me. Secondly he had charges expunged from my record that were erroneously filed by the PA Game Commission. Had I known Joshua at the time of the incident there is a very good chance charges would never have been filed in the first place. And currently Joshua is helping me resolve an NFA Weapon Transfer that has "Gone Bad". I was getting nowhere with the issue until Joshua stepped in and now we are moving into the final stages. I can not speak highly enough about Joshua and his staff. They are professional and thorough and will get you the results you deserve.

Josh is a top notch firearms law attorney. He doesn't come cheap and is worth every penny that he charges. Know that firearms litigation takes time and it is a grueling process that requires expert litigation. For that process, it also takes a good bit of money due to the extensiveness of the process. Josh has gotten many people their firearms rights that were once gone with the wind. He is a good ole Pennsylvania boy that is a true believer in the constitution and civil rights. He is an american flag flying, don't tread on me type of guy that you can sit down and have a great conversation with. He is also very busy and has a heavy caseload, but you would never know that because he treats you as his only case. I was a client of his and I will be a client again down the road with some unfinished business. If you need a firearms attorney that has your best interest at heart, he is your man.

I initially consulted with Joshua Prince regarding a LTCF application and subsequently with a PICS challenge. He is extremely educated on firearms law and their processes. After an initial PICS denial Josh and his staff thoroughly guided me through the PICS challenge process and my denial was ultimately reversed. ALL of my contact with this firm was very timely and professional.
My fees for this process were also handled in such a reasonable manner that it is evident that Josh and his firm are ethical and it's not just about the money...results, rights and integrity matter to them as well. Highly informative, efficient, professional and more than fair.

I contacted Joshua for help with my PICS appeal. He was a great help. From our first meeting it was obvious that he knew how to advise me and keep me from falling into some of the hidden pitfalls that I might have gotten into with out his help. I was interested to know that the PICS system is far from fool-proof. He treated me with respect and advised me on the steps to take to overcome the potential problem. He took care of writing the appeal and presented it to the Firearms Department of the Pennsylvania State Police on my behalf. The response back was quick and in my favor!
If you have been turned down the purchase of a firearm and you feel that your second amendment rights have been wrongly denied, don't just let it happen to you. Fight for your rights! For knowledgeable responsive representation I would highly recommend Joshua Prince and his legal team as your council.
