Excellent lawyer, highly recommended

After waiting 60 days to find out I was denied my LTCF, I asked around and Joshua Prince's name was recommended. I gave him a call and knew he was the right guy for the job. Very professional to deal with. Any question I ever had he responded within minutes. Always kept me up to date with my case and... at the end he had my LCTF issued. If anyone has any legal issues I highly recommend him 100%.

He will fight for your rights and truly cares about his clients

Josh is a top notch firearms law attorney. He doesn't come cheap and is worth every penny that he charges. Know that firearms litigation takes time and it is a grueling process that requires expert litigation. For that process, it also takes a good bit of money due to the extensiveness of the process.... Josh has gotten many people their firearms rights that were once gone with the wind. He is a good ole Pennsylvania boy that is a true believer in the constitution and civil rights. He is an american flag flying, don't tread on me type of guy that you can sit down and have a great conversation with. He is also very busy and has a heavy caseload, but you would never know that because he treats you as his only case. I was a client of his and I will be a client again down the road with some unfinished business. If you need a firearms attorney that has your best interest at heart, he is your man.

Helped me with my PICS problems.

I contacted Joshua for help with my PICS appeal. He was a great help. From our first meeting it was obvious that he knew how to advise me and keep me from falling into some of the hidden pitfalls that I might have gotten into with out his help. I was interested to know that the PICS system is far fro...m fool-proof. He treated me with respect and advised me on the steps to take to overcome the potential problem. He took care of writing the appeal and presented it to the Firearms Department of the Pennsylvania State Police on my behalf. The response back was quick and in my favor! If you have been turned down the purchase of a firearm and you feel that your second amendment rights have been wrongly denied, don't just let it happen to you. Fight for your rights! For knowledgeable responsive representation I would highly recommend Joshua Prince and his legal team as your council.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!!

I was in the market to purchase my first NFA weapon and had no idea about NFA trusts. When I stumbled across Prince Law Offices and spoke with Joshua, I was ecstatic to have found someone so knowledgable as him! Joshua and his staff were friendly, patient, very knowledgable, and made me feel very c...omfortable as if I known them for years. Joshua spoke with me for some time on the phone explaining the ins and outs of a NFA trust and the benefits it provides. The experience was smooth and easy and they walked me through the whole process. Even after the completion and receiving of my trust, Joshua still quickly answers my questions I may have about NFA laws. I highly recommend Joshua for your NFA trust needs and I know you will not be disappointed!!!

"I have known Joshua for many years and have the privilege of working with him on all types of firearms-related legal issues. He is extremely well-versed in this area of law and passionate about his practice. His hard work and dedication are evident to his clients and colleagues. I also had the honor to be involved in the development of a new division of our firm, the Firearms Industry Consulting Group, headed by Joshua. FICG is dedicated to the preservation of firearms rights and the Second Amendment, as well as the protection of individuals and businesses involved in the industry. In his area of practice, Joshua regularly publishes blogs and articles, and also conducts seminars for attorneys, industry professionals, nonprofit organizations and the public. Relationship: Co-worker

"Attorney Prince is an ardent defender of civil rights. He enjoys a deep passion for the Second Amendment and is quickly becoming a national leader in firearms law. His practice is driven by a genuine belief in our Constitution and its promise of an individual's right to life and liberty. I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Prince on several projects over the past few years. Most notably, we recently handled an appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania defending our client's Second Amendment right to bear arms. Attorney Prince is known for his aggressiveness, organization, and ability to consider all angles of a case by thinking outside the box. He always earns the respect and appreciation of his clients. If I ever personally suffer a violation of my civil rights, particularly with respect to the Second Amendment, I would call Attorney Prince for representation. In my opinion, this is the highest compliment an attorney can extend to a colleague."
