Ben was there to help

My wife and I were facing legal challenges that we never expected, and we were very concerned because we have two young children. Although it was not a personal injury matter, Ben was there to help us. It was a delicate legal matter that required finesse and a delicate touch to avoid having the matter blow up in our face. Good thoughtful lawyer

Ben cares about his work and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I had a serious injury to my ankle, could not work for over three years due to five surgeries and had problems with my workers compensation. Ben kept on top of it all and made certain the insurance company paid for my losses.

Professional and compassionate

Ben and his team successfully handled my recent personal injury case. He and his team were on top of things and available whenever I had questions or requests. I recommend him enthusiastically. Ben is also a compassionate human being. Before there was any case, Ben was generous with his time. He spent hours sharing his experiences with clients having similar injuries. Great Attorney and team

My wife and I were hit by another driver with the same insurance company. I did everything they asked and almost 2 years after my accident the insurance company still had not settled my claim. I contacted Mayerson Law and Ben took over from there. He and his team quickly got up to speed on my claim, injury reports, possible medical liens, and started working for a resolution. It was an unusual claim with many moving pieces and injured people. He not only resolved the claim with all parties quickly, he got me a settlement for above and beyond what I thought possible. I would highly recommend Ben Mayerson and Mayerson Law!

Combined intellegence, dillegence, friendliness and compassion

I had the pleasure of having Ben work two separate cases for me in which he was exceedingly successful in both. Ben has an incredible combination of intelligent determination and patient, kind customer relations. In our first case, I had suffered a motorcycle accident that he was able to compensate me for, and the second was a bicycle crash that he, again, demonstrated determined success. I had no experience in law and he was extremely patient with my ignorance, willing to explain to me in terms I could understand without belittling me. In the second case, as I had already worked with him through one, he volunteered his service as he had an incredible interest in the case at hand. He offered to take on this mission with steadfast determination and proved the master of his skill once again. I would gladly recommend Ben Mayerson to anyone who inquires about needing an injury lawyer. Good Job!!
