My experience with Hykel Law was extremely disappointing. I waited three weeks for an appointment and was charged a $300 upfront fee, much higher than most other attorneys. Despite this, I never received any confirmation or reminder. On the day of my appointment, I drove two hours from another sta...te to the address listed on Google Maps, only to be told the office had moved 30 minutes away. Even though I arrived on time, I was informed the attorney was too busy and that my only options were either a refund or another appointment 10 days later. This reflects a serious lack of organization, communication, and respect for clients’ time and money. If a law office cannot give clients proper attention due to being overbooked, they should make this clear before taking appointments and payments. Don’t waste your time. Immigration cases already take long enough don’t lose even more time because of this firm!
