When you want the best
I am not the kind of person that wants to run out and sue when something happens, but I had real injuries and continued pain and suffering. A friend recommended Jon Ostroff and I was impressed from the start. He was not like the typical lawyer - in a good way! He took the time to really understand my case and I felt well taken care of by everyone in his office - they all seemed to really care about me and my well-being. Jon went above and beyond to make sure I got what I deserved. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, I know who to call.

The Right People
Nearly six years ago my life changed. I was one of the unfortunate passengers caught in the tragedy that unfolded during the early morning hours in Union County, PA. While heading west bound on I-80, the Greyhound bus in which I was travelling rear-ended a tractor trailer. Although I had never experienced such a crisis, I figured there would likely be legal implications emanating from this type of accident. Seeing many large corporations dispatch their own legal team in attempts to minimize their damages, I began investigating quality in-state representation well versed in these kinds of cases. Then even got my insurance company to pay double then the other party. There knowledge of injury law is outstanding. I would and have recommended this law firm to friends and family. Very dependable and compassionate
I was in a car accident on 9-8-2017. I called ostroff to represent me. I worked directly with Stacie G and Lance. They both fought for me and advocated for my case fairly. The communication between them was remarkable. If I had questions they answered them with no hesitation. They fought to get me what I deserved. They always kept me in the loop with what was going on in my case. There was never any sudden changes or surprises. I would recommend them to anyone that may be suffering from an injury. Wrong Tort, Right Lawyer
My wife and I were hit by another vehicle who ran through a red light. I suffered several injuries, some serious. I thought that because I had limited tort on my car insurance policy, I had no recourse. The other guy had a minimal policy and I had expenses beyond just a totaled car. I called Attorney Ostroff and he and his staff recovered more for me than I ever thought possible. While Ostroff Injury Law has many on staff, there were two people who shepherded me through my case, my Case Manager Iesha Thomas and Paralegal Tracy Schalek. They were professional and dedicated. They communicated with me consistently throughout and listened to all of my questions and concerns. Attorney Ostroff has all of the same qualities and is a skilled negotiator. He genuinely cared about my recovery and that I was fully healed. He is intelligent, articulate and experienced. The Best injury lawyers!

Jon's law firm represented my young son. Jon himself negotiated with the insurance company and always had my sons BEST interest in mind. Jon, himself called me and explained his goals and how he was going to accomplish them. He and his staff always made me feel, as a parent, that my son was the most important case in their firm. A fighter who doesnt quit
Mr Ostroff worked with Mr Kline on my case which wasn't a car accident or a simple thing. It was against a nursing home and another lawyer from another firm had told me he didn't even want my case. He fought so hard for me he got me more than I expected. Then he fought to reduce the liens so I would clear a lot more. I felt like he was always in my corner, from the beginning to the end. Paralegal Rachael was also terrific. I couldn't be happier with this firm. Horrible what happened to me but the legal part was a thousand times easier than I expected.

Hard Working Team
The law team of Jonathan Ostroff spent months working with all the affiliated parties to pursue a reduction in medical expenses and to get a settlement where there was none initially offered through insurance. Communication is the Key
I was rear ended at a stop light and had limited tort. I called the law firm of Ostroff Law and with in minutes received a call back from Dave Klein. We spoke at length and he seemed genuinely concerned and immediately I felt comfortable with him. As the process moved on I was dealing with Paralegal Karen Ronan. I must say she was extremely professional, answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. She went above and beyond to assure me that the firm had my best interest at hand. Dealing with Karen made this whole process tolerable. The sign of a knowledgeable person is to surround yourself with good, caring and a professional staff. In my estimation Ostroff Law got it right.

A fender bender that turned out to be much more!
This review is long over due. I was rear ended as I sat at a light on my way to work one morning. At first I was just sore (knee, shoulder, neck). As time went on I went through the process (i.e. ER, PCP, Specialists, Physical Therapy, cortisone injections). After about 8 months of injections, PT, and seeing specialists I found out I had to have surgery on a tear in my knee; then more PT - while still receiving injections and PT for my shoulder/neck. I decided it was time to get some help. I needed an attorney who specialized in injury law that knew how to handle "limited-tort" auto insurance. I found Ostroff Injury Law. We met with the staff and my case was reviewed. Jon's staff worked on my case diligently and walked me through everything - keeping me in the loop of what was happening and what the next steps were. Ostroff Injury Law did what I expected a law firm of this caliber to do - WIN! They didn't stop until they got the maximum payment they could for me. I can't say enough about Jon and his entire staff. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do I know they will be there for me 100%. I would recommend Jon Ostroff to anyone who needs a law firm for an accident or personal injury. Thank you.

My Accident
I want to say Thank you for everything over this last year. I was really lost as to what I needed to do when i was injured in an accident in May 2015, and needed what I would call a major surgery. Jon, Eric and their wonderful support staff Karen, guided me through what I felt was a long dark road to recovery. Once he knew what happened, he and his team stepped in and took over handling everything that needed handled, and keeping me well informed, thus allowing me the time I needed to concentrate on my therapy.
