I was also the managing attorney of the Law Offices of Herbert Monheit, a firm founded by Herbert Monheit in 1963. I am also the managing attorney in charge of all Internet business development for the firm of Anapol Schwartz. I
was chair of the Fosamax Litigation Group with AAJ from 2007-21012. I currently serve on Trial Lawyers Care, Website and IT Advisory Committee, Marketing & Practice Development Committee, and Public Education Committee within AAJ.
Monheit Law, P.C. concentrates its practice in the field of plaintiff personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis.
During my legal career my firms have successfully prosecuted thousands of cases and, at present, I am focusing my practice on complex cases involving defective health care and pharmaceutical products. I have developed a national reputation, including involvement in latex allergy litigation as a member of the Plaintiff's Steering and Executive Committee in MDL 1148.
I was also lead counsel in class actions involving childhood lead paint poisoning against public housing authorities (including The Philadelphia Housing Authority) and claims against the lead paint industry.
I am an active member in various social networks including Facebook, Legal Examiner, Lawyers.com, PA-Law-Blogs, LawGuru, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Google+, and Blogger.
