I’m very disappointed with Attorney Connie J. Marine’s handling of our estate law case. She has been billing the estate $6,000 for a relatively simple small estate, and it feels as though she is intentionally stalling the process to justify these excessive fees. Moreover, her lack of communication...
Dear [not] anonymous, I believe your review is misplaced. As you aware, I am not your attorney. I represent the estate, and am working with the executor of the estate. You have your own attorney who represents you, and they have been provided with all the information you requested from both my office and the executor. My office and I pride ourselves on working diligently to administer estates, and have not stalled the process in any way. Should you have such concerns, your attorney can address them with the court immediately.

I had a difficult and complicated divorce and custody situation. Connie and her team were on top of things. Always forthcoming about what likely outcomes were, great with numbers. We ended with exactly what I asked for in the divorce and sole legal and physical custody which was in the best interest ...

I hired Connie to handle protect my interest in an inheritance case. She has had to deal with some difficult people and even know the case isn't settled yet, she has done a great job. I highly recommend her for any of your legal issues.

My Attorney who helped me with my past case was great but was not available due to the circumstances and timing of my case. Her very short list of recommended attorneys included Connie Merwine. Connie and her team, Maritza Fernandez and Jordan Daniel helped me help my son. I'm so thankful for Connie ...

Connie Merwine was very good at protecting my interest, and easing my fears during the process of writing my last will and testament,
"As the c0-founder of the largest law firm in the country representing women only in divorce and custody, I consider Connie Merwine in my Top 5 family lawyers in America. She is, in my opinion, a true Legal Superstar and if you are looking for a family lawyer, you should run to her office before your spouse gets there. AND, I am totally serious !!"
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Merwine is unique within her field, and I cannot think of a better specialist in Pennsylvania Family Law. I have been working with Attorney Merwine for several years, and I can only admire the effort and compassion she puts in to every case she is confronted with."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Merwine is a highly qualified and talented family law attorney. If you are going though a divroce, custody or support matter, you need to call Attorney Merwine."
"If you want someone fighting for you and your legal rights that doesn't back down Connie is the only person in NEPA that you need to call. She is relentless and works incredibly hard for her clients with all types of family law matters"
"I endorse this lawyer. Connie is an excellent attorney. The best that you can get in Pennsylvania! She really stands up for the rights of women with respect to divorce issues. She comes highly recommended. She is EXCELLENT."
"Connie is an excellent lawyer. Her litigation skills are top notch yet she is very successful in settling even the most complicated of divorce equitable distribution disputes. Her demeanor with the Court and other lawyers also makes her a pleasure to work with in terms of the joint goal of resolving cases with the least amount of stress, time, and cost for the client."
"I endorse this lawyer. I had the pleasure of working with Connie on a complex trusts & estates matter that demanded patience, skill and knowledge (on her part -- I just sat back and watched). Connie did a masterful job of managing a lot of competing expectations, and in the end everyone was happy, including my clients. Connie conveys an air of confidence and accomplishment that is well rooted in her experience and talent. I've recommended her and her husband/partner, Joe Hanyon, to many friends and colleagues, and expect to continue to do so."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Merwine is the most compassionate and hard-working person I ever worked with. She handle all of her cases with a meticulous dedication, that is unmatched by any of her peers. Attorney Merwine further possess to make all of her clients feel instantly comfortable, the second they step in her office. Her dedication and high work rate, is reflected in her extensive educational background. Merwine managed to acquire her CPA, while finishing law school. I believe that only few of her peers (if any), has the motivation, discipline, and work spirit to earn two so extensive degrees simultaneously. I recommend attorney Merwine, because she is the most dedicated family law attorney, in Northeastern Pennsylvania."
"I endorse this lawyer. With out comparison, I consider Connie the best Divorce attorney in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Not only is Connie a hard working attorney with a great rate of success in court - She also truly cares for her clients on the personal level. When going through divorce it is important to have an attorney that can give you counseling outside the legal area. Connie understands and cares for her clients, both legally and personally. I recommend Connie for anybody who is going through a rough time, and needs an attorney specialized in Family Law."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have had several cases opposite Connie. She is a very able adversary for her clients and a consummate, courteous professional."
"I endorse this lawyer. Connie's skills and credentials are unmatched by her peers. Connie was second in her class at Penn State Law School while she obtained her CPA license. She then attended Georgetown University earning her masters in taxation and University of Pennsylvania earning her masters in liberal arts. Her history of hard work coupled with 23 years of experience in family law makes her unmatched among her peers."
